New Micro Season off to flying start

Sunday 8 March has seen our two Micro teams competing in the North West Micro League at Darwen Leisure Centre. The ‘A’ team finished in 1st place against tough competition from Preston, Blackpool, Halton, Southport, Lancaster, Everton and Warrington with a whopping 40 point lead over their nearest rivals, Preston. The B team were in the B Division against the A teams from Wigan, Prescot, Blackburn, Carnforth, Bridgefield, Clitheroe and Garston. With some freshmen in the team they saw some great swims to finish in sixth place. A fantastic job from all involved. Let’s keep up the great work.
