Sophie’s Successful Cake-off

The second of our young volunteer organised events took place over Easter with some fantastic baking creations from members. Organised by Sophie Welsby the event was a great success with entries in each of the age categories and we had our own Prue Leith (aka Gillian Rankin) to help judge the winning entries.

Sophie was delighted with the standard of the entries and said the judges found it hard to decide on winners. Those placed in the top three will each receive an Easter egg when we start back at training this next week and all remaining entrants will receive a packet of mini eggs. The list of winners is:
